Driver Qualification Files:

Develop complete driver qualification files in accordance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and applicable State laws. This service includes motor vehicle driving history and previous employer background checks as well as correlation of information to alert a prospective employer of potential difficulties with a driver applicant. The service does not include a road test.

For an additional fee drug testing, workmens compensation history and limited criminal background inquiries are also available.



Compliance Audits:

On site audits of your entire safety program are done by professional motor carrier safety personnel. All areas that are reviewed in a Federal or State audit are reviewed and a report is forwarded to the company outlining any difficulties or non compliance issues that are discovered.



Safety Program Development:

Professional safety consultants work within the structure of your company and with your personnel to develop a safety and compliance program tailored to your specific business. One that will work as an asset for your company, not a hindrance.



Safety Program Management:

Our staff of trained safety professionals will develop and manage a company DOT compliance program for your fleet. This service includes driver qualification, regular safety meetings, EAP training for drivers, drug and alcohol testing, training of in-house personnel and total compliance monitoring of your fleet.



Training:

Training sessions that are tailored to your specific needs are developed on an individual company basis. EAP for Supervisors, Hazardous Material, Hours of Service and general compliance issues are some of the opportunities offered. We also offer a post accident training program at our location for drivers that need to be reminded about safe driving habits.



Clean Fleet Consortium:

We operate one of the largest drug and alcohol testing programs in the State of Arizona. For one flat fee we can eliminate your random testing worries. Our service includes collection, testing, MRO services, Notification, Driver EAP training and limited record keeping.



Third Party CDL Testing:

We have third party testers available for those needing to complete the skills test and driving portion of their CDL exam. Our testers are also instructors and as an additional service we offer CDL classes and instruction.
